In my journey towards wellness, which started along the traditional pathof fitness and dieting, I discovered that the secret to true, long-lasting well-being did not lie in complicated programs and strict guidelines that focused on deprivation, hardcore discipline and sacrifice but in connecting to our deep nature, that is fueled by pleasure, beauty and self-expression.
I discovered the concept of Pleasureable Wellness and came up with a simple methodology to guide myself and others towards this fantastic new way of life that is all about nourishing, feeling and moving our bodies in a way that is aligned with our true selves.
Be Well is a sweet and short course that will introduce you to this innovative methodology and help put you on the path towards a more vibrant, connected and healthy life.
Your Instructor
Bella Bablumian is the founder of the Imbody Wellness Institute and the creator of the Sensefullness Method for activating body wisdom & self-awareness. A native Armenian, she left war-ridden post-Soviet motherland in search a better life when she was a young girl. Despite adapting to her new life quickly, Bella fell sick in her early twenties with a disease that conventional medicine could not cure. This led her to embark on a deep self-healing journey. This experience, which resulted in vibrant health and holistic wellness, ultimately put her on a mission to dedicate her life to empowering people to embody an all-together different way of living & well-being, culminating in the concept of Pleasurable Wellness and the Sensefullness Method.
Bella holds a bachelor's degree in behavioral psychology from UCLA and a master’s in international health policy & economics from the Johns Hopkins University. Throughout the years, she has helped transform the health and well-being of many individuals as a certified Holistic Wellness and Fitness Professional (AFPA, NCCPT, Apex-Fitness), while contributing to policy changes and populational level interventions as an adviser to international institutions for disease prevention. As a singer & dancer, she also incorporates body & sound into her practice together with energy-healing modalities like Jikiden Reiki, Neurolinguistic Programming, Access Consciousness, and Pranic Healing.
