I know what it's like to want to create a live of vibrant health and wellbeing, but to struggle with the how. We seek solutions in medicine, psychology, diets, supplements, alternative therapies and more.

But while they might help with some of the expressions & symptoms of our ailments, the real key to integrative well-being lies in aligning with our authentic Self and flowing with our innate design.

Authentic and long-lasting well-being is not outside of us, but within.


Inspired by my own powerful healing journey and guided by over twenty years of research and practice, I developed a method of Pleasurable Wellness that enables individuals to enjoy integrative well-being and vibrant health from inside out.

About Bella and the Sensefulness Method


A UCLA graduate with a degree in behavioral psychology, Bella Bablumian holds a Masters in International Health Policy, is a certified Holistic Wellness and Fitness Professional, with certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Jikiden Reiki, Access Consciousness, Pranic Healing. A classical singer & an avid dancer, she interweaves these modalities into her practice.

In her work with individuals, Bella follows the Sensefulness Method for rewiring the innate language of our sensorial body: healing the physical body through body awareness & healthy living habits, dismantling mental blocks with behavioral change & NLP, and reactivating the energy body through alternative practices to help us create one unified journey of Pleasurable Wellness.


Sessions Structure

Each session consists of a 55-minute online video call, conducted on zoom and includes coaching, wellness mentoring, suggestions on healthy eating habits, movement, breathing & energy activation exercises, and much more.
